Eligibility
Superior Chapter
Any chapter in the state may complete Form I of the National Chapter Application.

Bronze, Silver or Gold on the state level
Any chapter who is recognized as Superior is eligible to complete Form II and compete for bronze, silver or gold ratings.

One, Two or Three star chapter on the national level
The top three or ten percent (which ever is higher) of the gold rated applications from each state may be forwarded to the national level to compete for one, two or three star ratings.

Chapter Achievement
The highest scoring chapter from each Area in the Form II scoring process will be named the Area winner in Chapter Achievement. The highest scoring chapter will be named state winner. Chapters chosen as state winner are not allowed to compete on the area or state level the following year, but will be eligible for Area and State recognition the next year.
