are good for one person and one day. Armband purchases are final and nonrefundable unless a
state of emergency is declared. If you choose not to purchase armbands through registration you
will only be able to buy them via card or cash on the fairgrounds site. Those stands can be found
on the midway as you enter.

Area Officer Boards, Booths, and Activities
Each year, 48 students are elected from across our state to serve as Area FFA Officers. You will
see these officers at events throughout the year, and they are the ones responsible for putting on
the FFA Day at the Fair program. Prior to the start of the program, Area Officers will be
stationed throughout the floor of Reaves Arena at informational boards with topics ranging from
horticulture, animal science, forestry, ag mechanics, leadership, etc... As you plan to attend FFA
Day at the Fair, I hope that you will encourage your students to visit each of these boards. In
addition to these boards, representatives from various colleges such as UGA, ABAC, and Fort
Valley State University will be set up. This year we will have interactive leadership initiatives
lead by area officers on the floor of Reaves Arena.
