The 2026 GYFA Annual Convention Dates are: January 23 & 24, 2026 at the Jekyll Island Convention Center, Jekyll Island, GA.

Registration for the three banquets, exhibit booths, sponsorships and hotel rooms will be online this year. The registration deadline for the convention banquets and exhibitor booths will be Thursday, December 18, 2025. There will be no onsite or late registrations. The last day to reserve hotel rooms will be Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
